Sammi Kracl is the Director of Recruiting for Renaissance Financial’s Omaha office, where she specializes in identifying strong talent for full time financial advisor roles and the firm’s summer internship program. She builds meaningful, genuine relationships with candidates and guides them through each stage of the recruiting and licensing process. Sammi is also active across university campuses, attending career fairs and recruiting events to strengthen the firm’s presence and connect with future advisors.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Gerontology, Sammi was born and raised in Omaha. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two children, Kinley and Brooks, and their two dogs. Together, they love exploring new places and cheering on the Huskers.
