Ross joined the Renaissance Financial team as a Financial Advisor in 2013 and later became a shareholder in 2021. His mission is to help his clients experience financial abundance through stewardship and generosity. Ross enjoys working with families and businesses with a similar mission and who use their resources to strengthen the community.
Ross is married to his best friend, Emily. They have four boys: Andrew, Barrett, Mitchell, and Jonathan. Giving back has always been important to Ross and Emily. They strive to lead by example for their family and remain very active in their community, including volunteering with several local non-profit organizations focused on helping underprivileged youth. They currently serve in their church and Ross was also elected to the Nebraska & Iowa Gift of Adoption Board in 2020.
He is an alumnus of the University of North Dakota where he earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and was a two-year captain for the Fighting Sioux Football Team. Ross also holds his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Agent license, as well as his Series 7 and 66 registrations.
