Paul Rechberger is passionate about helping individuals and families build financial strategies that align with their goals, values, and circumstances. Originally from Linz, Austria, Paul earned an MBA and a master’s degree in Environmental Policy from Clarkson University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Castleton University. His experience in leadership, business operations, and athletics has shaped his disciplined, client-focused approach.
Before joining Renaissance Financial, Paul served as Head of Operations for a small business, where he developed a strong appreciation for strategic planning and problem-solving. He was drawn to Renaissance Financial because of its collaborative culture and commitment to professional growth through teamwork and mentorship. Paul enjoys working with athletes, medical professionals, business owners, and real estate investors, and believes that financial planning should be personalized, relationship-driven, and accessible to everyone, not just the wealthy.
Outside of work, Paul enjoys staying active and embracing the outdoors. A former collegiate skiing national champion, he continues to spend his free time skiing, hiking, playing tennis, and competing in pickleball. Growing up in Austria and serving as an instructor in the Austrian military helped shape his strong sense of discipline and leadership. Paul and his wife enjoy traveling together and exploring new places, and he looks forward to becoming increasingly involved in the Salt Lake City community.
