Nikki Diamantis

Nikki Diamantis is dedicated to strengthening Renaissance Financials’ presence within the plaintiff attorney community while supporting financial advisors who market structured settlement solutions. Her role blends relationship management, education, and strategic guidance to position structured settlements as a trusted tool for client financial security. Nikki’s expertise includes structured settlements and attorney fee deferrals, and she brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to every case.

A graduate of Texas Christian University, Nikki earned a bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in Business. She holds a Life Insurance License, which enhances her ability to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs. With three years of experience in the financial industry, Nikki works closely with RFC advisors by providing education, coordination, and strategic support related to structured settlement and attorney fee deferral programs, helping facilitate more effective outcomes for clients and attorneys alike.

Outside of work, Nikki is a competitive equestrian who has been riding and competing since the age of four. She earned All-American and All-Big 12 honors in Equestrian and served as captain of her college team, leading them to a second-place finish at the National Championship. When she’s not working or riding, Nikki enjoys rescuing dogs, traveling, and hosting dinner parties.
