Natasha Leonard is a dedicated professional with over a decade of experience in non-profit roles, specializing in case management, marketing, event planning, and fundraising. Armed with a Master of Public Administration from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor of Political Science from Millikin University, she brings a diverse background to her role of Community Partnership Director at Renaissance Financial. At Renaissance Financial she focuses on helping the firm actively engage in initiatives that make a positive impact in the communities they serve supporting local charities and community projects.
Natasha’s journey started in non-profit agencies as a case manager, providing me with invaluable insights into grassroots operations and community dynamics. This foundation fueled her passion for educating donors and corporations on strategic philanthropy's enduring impact.
Natasha serves as a Governing Board Member at Marian Middle School, guiding initiatives to empower young women through education to break the cycle of poverty. She is a former member of the FOCUS St. Louis Board of Directors and a Lupus advocate. Her previous roles included being Director of Development and Director of External Relations at child welfare agencies, where she cultivated lasting relationships with corporate contributors, amplifying their impact on our region.
Natasha currently resides in South City with her husband, Tommie Younger IV. Natasha's passion for travel was sparked over a decade ago during her time studying abroad in London. Since then, her love for exploring new places and experiencing diverse cuisines has only deepened.
