Lex Barrett is a passionate Financial Advisor at Renaissance Financial Corporation, working out of the Overland Park, Kansas office. Prior to joining Renaissance, he worked as a Solar Consultant, where he specialized in creating energy-efficient solutions to help homeowners save money.

He enjoys working with clients in new business development and sales, leveraging his expertise in public speaking and finance to guide them through personalized strategies.
Lex holds several key certifications, including the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, & 66 Registrations, and Life & Health Insurance Licenses. He is also involved in charitable work, demonstrating his commitment to community involvement.
Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, Lex now resides in Kansas City. Outside of his professional life, Lex has a love for public speaking and competitive running, often participating in 5K and 10K races. He is also a former collegiate debater and a proud pet owner of a mini husky named Scout and an orange tabby cat named Barney.
