Josie Vacek is a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Renaissance Financial, where she plays a key role in connecting candidates with meaningful opportunities within the firm. As an ambassador for Renaissance, she provides insight into the organization’s culture, values, and career paths, helping prospective hires understand how they can grow and thrive within the team. Josie also supports and streamlines back-end operations to ensure the recruitment process runs efficiently and consistently.
A graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, Josie earned her degree in Advertising and Public Relations.
Josie is passionate about continuing to refine and develop Renaissance’s recruitment systems to support both candidates and internal teams. She is especially excited to contribute to a process that helps individuals find their professional home at RFC.
Outside the office, Josie enjoys exploring new restaurants around Omaha, especially Italian, cooking new recipes, painting, spending time at the lake, and sharing life with her family and her partner, Nick.
