A graduate of Ball State University, Drew Alyea joins Renaissance Financial as a recruiter in the Nashville office, bringing more than seven years of recruiting experience to the firm. In this role, Drew focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships, managing recruiting processes, and finding innovative ways to help the team succeed and continue delivering exceptional results.
Drew was drawn to Renaissance Financial because of the people and culture he experienced throughout the interview process. From the very beginning, he felt like part of the team and was impressed by the genuine support colleagues show one another. That collaborative environment has only reinforced his enthusiasm for helping identify and attract top talent that will contribute to the firm's long-term growth and success.
Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Drew now resides in Nashville, Tennessee. Outside of work, he is actively involved in his church and looks forward to expanding his community involvement through additional volunteer opportunities. Drew and his fiancée are excited to be getting married in April 2027, and when they are not traveling for weddings or weekend getaways, they can often be found attending sporting events, enjoying concerts, or exploring new restaurants around Nashville.
