Darin Karstetter believes the strongest relationships are built on trust, teamwork and a genuine commitment to helping others succeed. It’s that collaborative spirit and the people behind it that first attracted Darin to Renaissance Financial. Today, he brings more than two decades of experience in financial compliance and work as a financial advisor, giving his clients the benefit of a career grounded in integrity, attention to detail and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.
Darin works with individuals, families, wealth accumulators, small business owners and retirees to develop personalized financial strategies aligned with their goals, priorities and vision for the future. He takes the time to understand what matters most to each client and brings a thoughtful, practical approach to helping them make informed financial decisions.
As a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in finance, Darin maintains his Life, Accident and Health Insurance Agent license and FINRA Series 4, 7, 24, 53, 63 and 66 registrations. He also holds the Certified Fund Specialist® (CFS®) designation and is a Renaissance Financial Shareholder.
Darin is passionate about leadership and building meaningful connections within the community. He is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Nebraska Class XI and was inducted into the Nebraska Wesleyan University Athletic Hall of Fame in 2014 as a member of the 1989 football team. He remains active in several Omaha-area networking groups, where he enjoys meeting new people, building relationships and finding creative ways to help others grow their businesses and financial portfolios.
Giving back is an important part of who Darin is. He volunteers and supports organizations that are meaningful to him, including Boys Town Boosters, HETRA and the Men’s Club through his church.
Outside of work, Darin enjoys spending time with his wife, Jamie, their children and four grandsons. He loves being outdoors and can often be found working in the yard, golfing, boating, riding his motorcycle or enjoying a get-together with family and friends.
