Committed to working one-on-one with clients and helping them achieve their financial goals and dreams, Dalton Herrington joined Renaissance Financial to do just that. He focuses on understanding each client’s individual needs and goals in order to create a sound financial strategy. Because of Renaissance’s unique team-oriented culture, Dalton can assist a wide range of clients. He enjoys working with business owners, blue collar workers, educators, and young couples as they transition through different stages of their financial lives. He will work to understand each client’s unique needs and goals while building a financial strategy together. He also is working with new advisors and helping them with their professional development as the Sales Manager in the Phoenix office. In 2025, Dalton became a shareholder in Renaissance Financial, an important milestone that reflects his leadership, dedication, and long-term commitment to the firm and its clients.
While attending New Mexico State University, Dalton earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. As a member of the New Mexico State University football team, he was a recipient of several awards. He was a member of the National Football Foundation and the Campbell Trophy Summit, one of the most sought after and competitive awards in college football for its combination of athletic and academic excellence throughout a player’s career. He was also a recipient of the first team all-conference award and Sun Belt Conference Dean List award.
Dalton further advanced his expertise by earning the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification and the Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation. These credentials demonstrate his deep technical knowledge in areas such as retirement planning, tax efficient strategies, risk management, estate considerations, and comprehensive financial planning.
Dalton holds his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Agent license, as well as his FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 registrations. He has been recognized by Securian Financial Services by being named to their Foundation Club* in 2021 and 2022.
Born and raised in Hallettsville, Texas, a small town between San Antonio and Houston, Dalton currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, Jordan, and their two golden retrievers. Dalton also loves coaching and watching sports, spending time outdoors and traveling.
