Originally from the Portland, Oregon metro area, Carter now calls Phoenix home. Outside the office, he enjoys golf, traveling, and exploring new cultures—having studied abroad in Barcelona and backpacked through Southeast Asia after graduation.
Carter holds his Series 7, Series 66 registrations, and Arizona Life and Health Insurance licenses.
