Bailey Baylor

Bailey Baylor is an Administrative Assistant to Nick Mazgaj at Renaissance, where she supports client onboarding, account servicing, and daily operational processes. She brings experience from her time at FNBO and multiple roles within Renaissance.

Bailey enjoys working in a collaborative, family-oriented environment and takes pride in helping deliver thoughtful, comprehensive service to clients. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband, Casey, and their son, Fabian, staying active with their dog, Layla, and attending Fabian’s sports activities.
