Amy J. Hill

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Amy attended college in Virginia, where she earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. Her creative background has shaped her thoughtful approach to problem-solving, organization, and communication throughout her career.

With more than 20 years of experience in executive and administrative support, Amy provides trusted partnership to senior leaders and helps teams stay organized, connected, and productive. Known for her proactive approach and attention to detail, she excels at managing complex priorities, coordinating projects and events, and creating efficient processes that support business success. Amy joined Renaissance in May 2026 and is excited to be part of an organization that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. She enjoys supporting leaders and teams whose work creates meaningful impact for customers and communities, which is a big reason she's excited to be part of Team Scott.

Outside of work, Amy is a proud mom of two who enjoys engaging in community initiatives that support human rights and equal opportunities, collecting and repurposing vintage clothing and unique finds, and spending as much time outdoors as possible, preferably near the ocean, though she'll happily settle for a lake now that she's in the Midwest.
