Alex Riley is a Financial Advisor in Renaissance Financial’s Overland Park office, where he focuses on helping young professionals, educators, and families build strong financial foundations. He earned his B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting, along with a Certificate in Financial Planning, from the University of Kentucky.
Prior to joining Renaissance, Alex worked as a wealth management intern and client service associate at UBS Financial Services in Lexington, Kentucky. He also spent time at Kentucky Educational Television (KET), a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to educational programming across the state. These experiences fostered his interest in both finance and community service.
Alex was drawn to Renaissance by its unique culture, entrepreneurial spirit, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating with like-minded professionals. He recently relocated to the Kansas City area, where he continues to seek new ways to engage with his community—volunteering with organizations such as KET, VisitLEX, and KCRS.
A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Alex now lives in Lenexa, Kansas, with his Australian Kelpie. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing soccer, basketball, and tennis , and spending time with his identical twin brother, who is a professional chef.
Alex holds his SIE, Series 7, Series 66 registrations, and Life and Health Insurance licenses.
