He is known for working with affluent individuals, families, and businesses in maneuvering through their needs to help ensure efficiency, diversity, and balance in their financial strategies.

Robb, and his wife, Stephanie, are active members of the community. Robb previously served as the Midwestern Swimming Board of Directors as Finance Chair in 2009 and 2010. He has served as a Committee Chair for the 2008 US Olympic Swimming Trials, and the Texas A&M Men’s Swimming and Diving Endowment. In 2015, Robb was elected to sit on the Board of Directors for the Omaha Sports Commission, and in 2016, he was elected to the Board of Directors for the Omaha Chapter of JDRF, and formerly served as President. In 2020, Robb was elected to sit on the Omaha Children’s Hospital Foundation Board and Hospital Foundation Investment Committee. He also serves as President of the Omaha Country Club Board of Directors. He and his wife, Stephanie, support the Joslyn Art Museum, the Bemis Art Gallery, Lauritzen Gardens, the Boys and Girls Club of Nebraska, Breakthrough T1D, LPIF Foundation, and Children’s Hospital of Nebraska. He is an alumnus of Texas A&M University, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in speech communication and is an 8-time NCAA All-American Swimmer. He has also attained his Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Agent license, as well as his Series 7, 63, and 65 registrations. Robb currently lives in Omaha with Stephanie, and their three children, Ross, Isabella, and Sofia.

Kristen Ambrose is a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate operations and support. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in Marketing from Creighton University, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Executive Advisor Administrative Assistant to Financial Advisor Robb Pantano.

Prior to joining Renaissance Financial, Kristen held a pivotal role as the Director of Corporate Services at another financial firm in Dallas. During her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional leadership in coordinating financial operations, overseeing back-office administration, and playing a crucial role in planning and project management. Her keen attention to detail and strategic approach made her an integral part of the organization.

Kristen's decision to join Renaissance Financial was motivated by the company's family-oriented culture and commitment to long-term growth. After meeting with Robb Pantano she recognized the potential for personal and professional development within the organization and eagerly embraced the opportunity.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Kristen is an active advocate for her community. She contributes her time and energy to Project Harmony, participating in various events throughout the year, including the annual golf tournament, Speaking of Children luncheon, Halfway to St. Patty’s Day, and more. In recognition of her dedication, Kristen's family even chaired the Annual Fund Drive for the organization.

Kristen's deep ties to her hometown of Omaha are evident through her involvement in local activities. She is a true Omaha native, having grown up in the city and currently residing in the Dundee neighborhood.

While Kristen's professional accomplishments and community contributions stand out, she also brings a personal touch to her biography. She is an avid Creighton University basketball fan, attending games with unwavering enthusiasm each year. Additionally, she shares her home with a charming dachshund named Bratwurst, showcasing her love for pets. Kristen's adventurous spirit led her to spend four years in Dallas after graduating from Creighton, adding to her diverse experiences.
