Community Outreach
Organize and participate in local community events such as financial literacy workshops, charity drives, and volunteering at local charity organizations. These activities allow us to directly engage with and support the communities that we deeply care about.
DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging) Training and Development
Host Quarterly and Annual DEIB Trainings from experts. We work as a firm to strive to learn, evolve and be a positive part of systematic change.
Inclusive Recruitment practices
Continue recruitment strategies that actively seek out and welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds. This includes partnerships with organizations focused on diversity in the workplace.
Internship Program
Continue offering internship opportunities for students with diverse backgrounds who are pursuing careers in finance or the financial sector. This initiative would help to nurture and develop the next generation of our firm and promote DEIB in the financial industry.
Environmental-Minded Practices
At Renaissance Financial, we are committed to improving efficiency and making a positive impact on our world. In line with this commitment, our Investment Advisory Department has switched to a fully electronic submission system. This transition ensures faster processing and supports our sustainability goals.
Since March 2024, we have processed 2,455 envelopes electronically. The environmental benefits of this change are significant.
